Upper portion of statue menhir of globigerina limestone containing a representation of human face and features. The face, which is oval, is considerably broader at the top than at the bottom, is indicated by means of a deeply scored line. The nose is indicated by two further scored lines, narrowing together towards the nostrils, which are indicated by two shallow drilled holes. Two further holes drilled further up the nose indicate the eyes. The nose itself stands out as a ridge slightly above the rest of the face. The mouth is a more deeply drilled hole, with a scored line dividing the chin below it. A horizontal groove runs round the sides and back of the stone just below the top and the back is divided by a broad vertical groove. A portion of the upper part is broken away at the right hand side behind the head impregnated with red ochre.
