Jackie says: "My NHS hero is Zoe, Head of Nursing in the Urgent and Emergency Care Department at the QEQM Hospital in Margate.
This image captured a poignant moment of light-heartedness for Zoe and her team. It was a particularly difficult time as they had recently lost a fellow nurse to Covid-19. Zoe was modelling a rather colourful headband that had been generously donated by a local, elderly lady to help make the PPE more comfortable. The comic value made them all laugh and one of her colleagues captured the moment on camera."
