Postcard commemorating Éamonn Ceannt, member of the Provisional Government of the Irish Republic, Commandant of the 4th Battalion of the Irish Volunteers, and signatory of the Proclamation. Ceannt was tried by court-martial and executed by firing squad in Kilmainham Gaol on 8 May 1916.
