The structure to the left of Sinan Pasha Pavillion (north), behind the walls in Melling’s panorama is possibly the İshakiye Kiosk, which is known to have stood roughly in this location. The İshakiye Ocağı (Corps) was part of the “Gılmânân-ı Bağçe-i Hassa” unit, which was responsible for the maintenance of the Bostancılar (Imperial Guards) units, the external kiosks and pavilions of Topkapı Palace and their surrounding gardens. While the exact date of construction of the pavillion has not been identified, it was removed from the area probably in the first half of the 19th century. There are numerous windows arranged in double rows overlooking the sea on the western façade of the structure, which lies in the north-south direction. The top of the pavillion is covered with an eaved roof. It is possible that the said structure served as barracks for the Bostancıs (Imperial Guards).
