Cholvarok, built on a stone underpinning, is one of the original shepherd buildings preserved in the museum. It was a polyfunctional buildings in a true sense: it provided accomodation for sheperds, stable for sheep and storage for fodder. Both made of stone, stairs lead to cellar, that is siuated directly under the room where shepherds used to stay. There is a small roof above the entrence. Once again, the buildings is from logs stuffed with moss in a residential part. It has a saddle roof covered with shingles. A smoke coming from an oven was discharged into a chimney. Cholvarok represents one of the most advanced types of seasonal dwellings from which later all-season isolated settlements evolved.
