claws. On eagle’s chest, shield with St George, facing right, on horse,
slaying dragon. Eagle holds in beak and claws four maps symbolising
Russia’s dominance on four seas (the White Sea, the Baltic Sea, the
Caspian Sea, and the Sea of Azov).
