Thirteen years after receiving the Ceres Award from the United Nations, Her Majesty’s continued efforts on behalf of Thai women and children were recognized again by the UN, this time by both UNICEF and UNIFEM (the United Nations Development Fund for Women). Her Majesty wore this dress when accepting both awards at a banquet in Bangkok.
