‘The Love of the Three Pomegranates’ by Martina Montorfani for the MA15 costume show

‘The Love of the Three Pomegranates’ by MA15 graduate Martina Montorfani, was based on the folk tale by Italo Calvino where a girl appears from within a pomegranate and passes through several stages of metamorphoses until she gets married and becomes a princess. The performance starts with the performer inside a giant pomegranate, which then unwraps itself from the inside out.
