Three huge picture frames dominated the stage, forming a symbolic division between fiction and reality. The middle one, which was also the biggest, provided an entrance to the stage for Family, led through by Poor Girl. Friends – Maria Jarema and Jonasz Stern as well as Family Members – Father, Mother and Uncle Stasio – came this way. Their behaviour repeated gestures from a family photo which stood next to a cup and a paraffin lamp during the performance. This unusual trick served to replay memories and bring all departed loved ones of the artist back to life.
