Double lug, square rim pot

This double lug, square rim pot might be found by a common person in a prehistorical slate coffin at the Peinan site. It is a fine sand red pottery. It possesses a squared opening with double lugs, drum-shaped belly and ring foot. In Taiwan, prehistorical pottery containers with squared opening were rare to be found. This is the only example excavated from the Peinan site.
