Nationally Important Cultural Property
This is one of the six wooden standing statues of Zao Gongen. It was enshrined in addition to the central figure. Its left hand is missing. It has a fiery halo its crown takes the form of a trident vajra and a skull. It is 97.4cm tall and is made from one piece of hinoki wood. A scientific investigation estimates that it was made in Heian Period.
