Sseolmae, also called seolma (meaning snow horse in Korean), is a sled used for carrying small objects. It is made by attaching thick wooden planks on both sides of a base plank, carving them to be rounded at the bottom to slide easily, while raising the front and rear ends. The left and right planks are placed about 60 cm apart and connected with six or seven horizontal bars. A rope is tied to the foremost bar and pulled by the user.
