A set of helmet and epaulets is worn by generals in the late Joseon Dynasty.

The helmet consists of three main parts: a head-inner, a top decoration on the top, and some leathers that protect the ears and neck. The ‘Head(Wonsoo)’ is engraved on the central circular border. Two dragons face each other on the left and right and open their mouths wide toward Yeouiju, revealing their dignity. Armor shoulder ornaments are a decoration that reveals the majesty of the wearer. Given that there are holes at the beginning and end of the dragon's body, it is presumed that the leather base was first attached to the shoulder of the armor and connected by stitching.

The set of Korean helmet and epaulets is rare at all around the world. They are recognized for their outstanding craftsmanship through colorful and sophisticated decorations, and for showing the technique of making them around the end of the 18th century compared to other pitches.
