Ox-horn Reels

These reels are decorated in flower and bird designs using Hwagak( ox horn) technique. Ox horn was sliced as thin and translucent as possible and the reverse side of the ox horn was painted in splendid colors. The prepared ox horn was then attached on the surface of wood.
