"A freely accessible artistic heritage"
"URBAN AREA" is a project curated by a.DNA, whose goal is valorisation and reactivation of cultural and aggregation spaces obtained through urban art works, site-specifically designed by artists.

A project meant to transmit the pulsations of an underground culture that is alive and in continuous search for spaces to expose itself.

This project arise where the stability and permanence of groups that are active in the free diffusion of art, sport and culture are troubled. It aims to support the socio-cultural activities proposed by the citizens of one specific territory.

URBAN AREA provides a series of interventions that contrast this instability with wall and installation work designed and carried out in collaboration with local realities.

A research that, through always different mediums, offers everyone a freely usable permanent artistic heritage.
