A European Capital of Culture has a duty to show not only the richness of its cultural heritage, but must also, and above all, demonstrate that there are other possible ways to overturn prejudices, turn on a light of amazement and hope in people's hearts, open the mind: if all this was possible it was also thanks to the presence of many artists who made their contribution to Matera. It has been an extraordinary year with you, thank you!
