Metro Atlanta is here, now and next.
A region of visionaries who do what others never imagined.
Inventing. Connecting. Inspiring. Thriving.
We nurture and welcome the brightest talent –
global leaders who disrupt the status quo and
crusade to change the world.
We are dreamers who galvanized the Civil Rights Movement,
creatives who are redefining digital entertainment and
innovators who are paving an inclusive way to urban development.
We are lively main streets, lakes nestled in lush greenspaces
and bustling nightlife in the city – the options are endless.
In metro Atlanta, we share one ambition:
To never stop rising.
The City in A Forest
Atlanta is nicknamed "the city in a forest" because of the lush tree canopy that still exists today. An aerial view will show you a city carved out of greenery, and that's just the way we like it. Take a hike on the Northside Trail or break out your mat for King of Pops yoga. Go for a quick run around Grant Park or work on your serve at Candler Park's tennis court.Work up a sweat with free classes at the Home Depot Backyard and Shed Sweat at Ponce City Market. Whatever your workout style, Atlanta makes it easy.
The BeltLine
Where some saw old railroad corridors, Atlanta saw 22 miles of opportunity. The city transformed the corridors into five open trails, seven parks and a blank canvas for local art — all while supporting local businesses. Today, the BeltLine connects many of Atlanta's unique neighborhoods.

Little Five is also home to premiere spots for live music like The Variety Playhouse and Aisle 5.
Ideas Come to Life in Atlanta
Atlanta's secret formula? Everyone has a seat at the table and an opportunity to be heard. The metro area is home to collaborative workspaces, incubators, funding and resources that help get ideas off the ground. Some of those ideas become globally-recognized brands, like Coca-Cola.

The Dirty Birds

Don your red and black through wins and losses, cheering for the dirty birds from seats at the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium or stools at your favorite sports bar. It's hard to find a place that's not dotted with Julio Jones or Matty Ice jerseys on game day. Rise Up!
The Atlanta Braves at Truist Park
Baseball may be America's national pastime, but it's also Atlanta's oldest sport. With 144 seasons played, 25 playoff appearances and three world championships — the Braves have shaped what it means to be a baseball fan since 1871.Go for the next big win or kick back with a beer. When you're in Atlanta, you're in Braves Country.
Rich Past influences Vibrant Culture.
In 1864, Atlanta burned to ashes and rose again. 100 years later, Civil Rights leaders stood up to demand equality for all.The beauty that comes from these battle wounds still runs through the veins of Atlanta's culture — instilling purpose into the music, food, fashion and art. Living in ATL puts you at the root of it all.
