General Electric selsyn generators linked to the projector motors electrically synchronize the two cameras for showing 3-D movies. Before beginning a stereoscopic movie, the operators must line-up the selsyns as shown above. The GE selsyn system permits changing from 3-D to standard feature projection with little more trouble than the flick of a switch.
