"Up in arms" of General Electric president Ralph J. Cordiner is baby share owner Patricia Anne Buzzo, 6 months, daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Albert L. Buzzo, of Schenectady, at 62nd annual GE share owner meeting here. Patricia Anne became a share owner as a result of being born last Oct. 15, GE's 75th anniversary date, when all babies born that day to GE employees received five shares of stock. Patricia Anne was among more than 3,000 share owners and guests who attended the world's largest annual meeting.
