Milicz Ponds is the largest complex of fish ponds in Europe, the largest in Poland Landscape Park "Barycz Valley", and the ornithological reserve "Stawy Milickie". A refuge of birds and wild nature, a place of good life, traditional tastes and renewal of vitality. The Barycz Valley is also 1,100 km of tourist routes: bicycle, hiking, horse, nature and canoeing paths.
Milicz Ponds are the only ones in Poland that have been entered into the global network of Living Lakes (living lakes). On the list, next to the Milicz Ponds, there are, among others, Baikal, Dead Sea, Balaton, Titicaca and Lake Victoria. We invite you to the kingdom of Milicz carp and bird paradise, an unusual mosaic of ponds, wetlands, forests, fields and meadows.
