Museo de Arte Contemporáneo Ateneo de Yucatán, MACAY, Fernando García Ponce

The MACAY, Fernando García Ponce is the only museum dedicated to the promotion and dissemination of modern and contemporary art throughout the Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico.

The mission of the MACAY is to promote the dissemination and knowledge of national and international modern and contemporary art. Therefore, every three months, 15 rooms of temporary exhibition are renewed at the same time, doing about 45 samples per year with a movement of work about 2000 works each time.
