In 1931, we expanded the Federation of Japan Noodles Organization nationally in the hopes of developing the noodle industry through researching, analyzing and gathering information on the noodle industry, in the hopes of bettering the citizens diet. We would not only like to promote the cultural aspect behind Japanese foods, but also push forth to the rest of the world the relief, safety and deliciousness behind our notion, “Eating Noodles is an energetic Diet.”
