​The Wisdom and Culture Lab at the University of Waterloo focuses on two main research areas: demystifying wisdom by identifying psychological processes that enable wise reasoning and modelling cultural change by studying and simulating shifts in cultural and psychological processes. The lab emphasizes intellectual humility, open-mindedness, and the integration of diverse viewpoints in both its research and daily interactions.
