1st Peripheral Community Poetry Festival

The 1st Peripheral Community Poetry Festival and the launch of the book of marginal poetry/peripheral literature were the brainchild of the producer Ravena Carmo.

Funded by the Cultural Support Fund at the Federal District's Department of Culture and Creative Economy, the event was held in 2019 and sought to harness and encourage the peripheral voices that echo through the rhyme, poetry, and the written word of the hip-hop movement.
