Amanda facilitated a series of co-creation sessions with American individuals in Brooklyn, New York, and with Thai university and high school students in Bangkok.

During the art residency period in Bangkok, Amanda held a three-day workshop with high school and university students creating art pieces from recycled textiles to empower youth in creativity and sustainability in the art industry.

The pieces made by Thai and American participants will be sewn together using the American quilting technique to create a small participatory artwork symbolizing the diverse beauty of the relationship between the United States and Thailand.
Seamstress Nonglak sewed together small textile art pieces from the co-creation workshops in the U.S. and Thailand. This American-Thai tapestry has become an important part of the exhibition that invited visitors to engage with the exhibition through tactile experience.
