Choriza & Ian by Haydn Brown
Choriza said: “Pride for me is a reminder that we as queer people get to choose our own family. Pride is a great way to remind everyone that we are not alone, we are united and fighting together for a better future. Since lock down I've been performing in drag and I've been creating art in my own home, so it's felt like a big celebration pretty much every day.”
Ian said: "As the co-founder and DJ of Newcastle's alternative queer club night 'POKE' (@pokenewcastle), the event we do to celebrate Pride each year is always the one that I look forward to the most, because the place is rammed to the rafters, everyone is their best authentic self and the atmosphere is always magical as a result -- the place just seems utterly full of joy and happiness!"

HAYDN BROWN He/him:
Haydn has been photographing professionally for just over 3 years, specialising in queer photography and fashion, he mostly work within the LGBTQ+ community alongside some of the best queer artists and organisations there is.
Haydn said: "I’ve worked within the LGBTQ+ community for just over 3 years, pride is a critical part of the year for us as it’s a chance to show people what Newcastle has to offer. With pride being cancelled this year it’s so important to still celebrate even if it’s from home. This campaign is something really special and is an amazing way to show the UK that we stand together and are proud."
