This Is What We Did!

The ICE Kraków Congress Centre hosts a wide variety of events – congresses, conferences, concerts, as well as plays and ballet performances, which are always accompanied by unique stage designs and settings. Check out the most interesting events organised at the venue.

TEDxKraków. A brand of scientific conferences organised by the US-based Sapling Foundation. The 5th TEDxKraków, which was held at the ICE Kraków Congress Centre, was held under the banner “Reconnect the dots”.

The famous German electronic music band presented a dazzling 3D multimedia show.

Group stage draw for the final tournament of the 2017 UEFA European Under-21 Championship.

One of Andrew Llloyd Webber’s most famous musicals, recounting the life of Eva Perón-Duarte, the second wife of the President of Argentine Juan Perón, was presented on the stage of ICE Kraków by artists of the Poznań Musical Theatre.

A concert by Nigel Kennedy – on 1 January 2016, the guests of ICE Kraków started the New Year with an amazing concert.

The 41st Session of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee.
It was the first session of the Committee to ever be held in Poland. The 10-day event was attended by nearly 3,000 participants.

Global Clean Air Summit – one of the world’s largest conferences on air pollution was attended by experts from the UN, the European Commission and representatives of the Ministry of Development, as well as many other renowned guests.

In 2017, as part of the celebration of the International Year of Sustainable Tourism for Development, a congress on ethics in tourism, was held at ICE Kraków, addressing issues such as accessibility and corporate social responsibility.

Polish Congress Ambassadors Gala.
The Polish Congress Ambassadors Programme has been promoting Poland as a place for international congresses and conferences. It is operated by the Polish Tourist Organisation and the PCCA (Polish Conference & Congress Association).

The Gazeta Magnetofonowa Gala, which saw the award ceremony of the 2017 GaMa Award for Best Record.

OWHC World Congress of the Organization of World Heritage Cities. Kraków has been a member since 1995.

The IAB is a regular event held in Kraków since 1985. This was the first edition to be held at ICE Kraków, headlined CONNECTIONS — The Town and the River.

“Musical Outdoors” summer series of concerts
The audience gathered in the square in front of ICE Kraków had the opportunity to listen to pop, alternative, jazz and classical music presented in several streams – Summer Dance, Summer Relaxation and Summer Standards.

Green Energy Congress.  A hybrid event devoted to the topic of energy transition and renewable energy sources. The live event was attended by 250 people, with nearly 1,000 joining online.

Megabit Bomb for Stanisław Lem’s 100th Birthday.  A unique and futuristic festival combining science, art and entertainment. The enormous popularity of the event has led to the organisation of its second edition in 2022.

Presentation of the 2021 European Volleyball Championship trophy. Everybody had the opportunity to take a commemorative photograph with the cup put on display at the ICE Kraków Chamber Hall.

30st International Congress of the European Association for Endoscopic Surgery (EAES). The facility was turned into a place for training on high-tech equipment used in endoscopic surgery, numerous sessions and masterclasses, as well as time to exchange knowledge and experience.

The 61st ICCA Congress was undoubtedly one of the most prestigious events in the history of the ICE Krakow Congress Center. More than 900 delegates from all over the world met to debate the MICE sector for 4 days, exchange experiences, and develop new standards.

These are only some of the many events held at ICE Kraków. With each year, we encounter new and interesting ideas, and in the ever-changing MICE industry, the form of the events changes with each passing year.
