Tributes to Beethoven

In the year of the celebrations for the 250th anniversary of Ludwig van Beethoven’s birth, the Ravenna Festival paid tribute to the composer from Bonn - a titan of music, amongst the most influential composers of all times - with events which revealed different facets of his works, from the symphonies to the piano scores, from the sonatas to his relationship with the composers of the succeeding generation or of the 20th century.
