A Bridge Through Time
Originally built in 760 during the Silla Dynasty, Woljeonggyo Bridge was once a vital link across the Muncheon stream. Though lost to time, its reconstruction now allows us to glimpse its former glory.

Lost and destroyed during the Joseon Dynasty, the bridge was restored after a decade of research, verification, and restoration.
The bridge itself was completed in 2013, and the gatehouses on both sides were subsequently completed.

While the bridge itself is stunning during the day, it offers a different kind of charm at night. Look out over the bridge from the stepping stones installed in front of it, capturing its soft glow on the river.
