Victoria Parrow honored J. Colleen Guiles, who was an underwriter for the Department of Housing and Urban Development on the seventh floor of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. Previously, she'd been a real estate broker in South Oklahoma City.

Franklin Maddie honored Captain Randolph A. Guzman USMC, who worked as the executive officer at the U.S. Marine Corps Recruiting Station on the sixth floor of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. Randolph was described as a huge fan of UCLA.
