Ethereal Metal

From a frame
initially pre-set the
emptiness is captured and
contained in a ethereal tunnel
in light forms.

The idea is that the gaze crosses, in
ethereal form, the straight forms of the
steel.

The patterns of shadows and lines
resulting from different forms of
look, from each point of view, draw
a whole new perspective to
every step you take around and
through the installation.

In harmony with the terrace
created by Paulo Mendes da Rocha, 
each piece is framed by just 
a living photograph of the
moment, from the Liberty Square`s
 landscape, in Belo Horizonte.

The interaction of shadows
with the scenery is fundamentals
part of the installation.

The pieces frame, in addition to the
landscape, also the sky. A change
of the image through the frames is what catches the viewer's eye.

The rhythm of the composition,
in a tunnel along the
terrace is what guides 
the gaze.

From the gaze crossing the void,
we are guided to the details of
each piece. Rhythm, repetition 
and evolution.

In the Soundscape Room, a
immersion experience, where the
protagonists are the sounds, the light
and the shadows, resulting from the
projection of the pieces in a room
completely white.
