Step inside the museum

The MSA Museum holds everything related to kitchen and cooking. You will find cookery and bakery equipment from the Ottoman era and early-middle republican period to the present day. The collection sheds light on the history of the industry.

The museum holds a rare collection of more than 2000 pieces, ranging from the final stages of Ottoman Empire to the early and middle republican period.

The museum features everything related to kitchen and cooking, such as; cookery and bakery equipment, old frying-pans, oil cans; beer, raki, water and soda bottles, grocery store equipment, candy and gum packages, labels and cleaning supplies.

At MSA you can come across candy moulds used by our grannies, brass coffee mills or tin cans, which you can only see in old Turkish movies, allowing you to travel into the past.
