Insects made to last

The European Museum of Modern Glass in Rödental is home to numerous works of art made of glass, among them beetles. Falk Bauer crafted them on site by using a blowtorch.

The European Museum of Modern Glass in Rödental is part of the art collections of the Veste Coburg and has an extensive collection of contemporary art glass and modern ceramics. On display is the development of Studio Glass from the 1960s to the present day.
