Photography offers controlled observation of an environment and, in the era of smartphone digital photography, immediate inexpensive documentation of our lives. Fine craft has an emphasis on slow, controlled, technique focused handwork.

Does this change who we are and what we are becoming? This body of work challenges the viewer to reflect on the use of the cell phone in the world we live in from personal to political.
