The Seaman's Monument

At the southernmost end of Preveza's peninsula stands the Seaman's Monument, in memory of the seamen killed in the WWII, and especially those of the  Minesweeper "Peneios".

Paliosaraga

Named after the old saraglio of Ali Pascha, which was built in c. 1810 and burned down in 1820, the place is a meeting point for the elderly, where they discuss and "solve" their problems.

is a city beach, only a ten minutes walk from the city, and named after the famous beach in Cannes, France.

People cycle, or walk down this beach, and after their swim they could have a coffee or a snack in the seaside restaurants and cafes.
