Hiba beef is one of the Hiroshima Wagyu beef raised in Shobara City and is characterized by its melt-in-your-mouth texture. Because there are only a few cows produced and most of the beef is consumed locally, it is also referred to as the "phantom wagyu."

Setouchi is a region suitable for lemon cultivation, with a warm climate and well-drained geological conditions, and it boasts the largest production volume in Japan.
