The location helped the creative process. The silence and the inspiring nature increased focus and relaxation.

Art collective Marsala 11 was formed by Stefano Serretta, Rossella Tricarico, Martina Melilli and Marco Bonaccolto.

The young artists shared a working and living space where accommodation and meals were provided so that they could focus on their research.

While at the art residency the artists investigated the area and its community through interviews, landscape forays and meetings open to the local community.

Mappe fluide created a dialogue between pre-existing elements and artefacts designed ad hoc by the artists.

The adjacencies of the old stable were used as a reception area for the public recycling existing elements to preserve its original character.
