The permanent exhibition Art from the Gothicto the 19th Century presents a selection of masterpieces from the collections of the Moravian Gallery in Brno. From the multitude of names of world and local artists we are especially pleased to have works by artists such as Lucas Cranachthe Elder, Peter Paul Rubens, Franz Anton Maulbertsch, Ondřej Schweigl and Joža Uprka, including his legendary painting “Ride of the Kings” which underwent a complete restoration in 2013.
