5. Saint-Jacques Tower

All that remains of the Saint-Jacques-de-la-Boucherie church, this Gothic tower is steeped in history, as it was a departure point for the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela.

6. Hôtel de la Monnaie

The Monnaie de Paris is the institution responsible for minting currency, collector’s coins, objets d’art, medals and decorations. It also is a cultural institution showcasing art exhibitions and events. Located in the heart of Paris, it faces the Ile de la Cité on the River Seine.

7. The Eiffel Tower

One of the most well-known landmarks in the world, the Eiffel Tower is truly iconic. The view from above? Just as spectacular in its own right, with expansive views overlooking the Champ de Mars.
