Dedan Kimathi (31 October 1920 – 18 February 1957) was a freedom fighter for Kenya's independence. He led the the Mau Mau warriors in the forests.

General Murtala Ramat Muhammed was a military ruler of Nigeria from 1975 until his assassination in 1976.

Kenyatta International Convention Centre
The Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) is located in the central business district of Nairobi. It is an internationally renowned venue for conferences, meetings, exhibitions and special events having 28 floors.
It’s only at the KICC that meetings with large numbers can take place. The facility boasts a conference room with a capacity of over 4000 delegates.
The KICC Helipad is the only one in Nairobi city and is located on the top tier of the tower.
