Once a traditional structure, the building has undergone meticulous restoration and adaptive reuse—part of a broader initiative to preserve the region’s cultural and architectural heritage. Today, these historic spaces are being reimagined.

Now operating under the umbrella of the Culinary Arts Commission, Irth offers more than just food—it delivers a genuine Saudi hospitality experience that captures the essence of place. While the dishes reflect a contemporary touch, they remain deeply rooted in tradition.

The cultural depth of Irth is evident in its thoughtfully curated menu. Drawing inspiration from the culinary traditions of different Saudi regions, it features local classics like Hassawi coffee, tannour bread, kabsa, and traditional desserts.
