By Erika Ruiz.January 30, 1933- May 8, 1945 The Holocaust was a genocide that included jews. Adolf Hitler's Nazi started "The Final solution" where Nazi soldiers killed about six million jews.  The pictures I've chosen will give you an idea over how jews were badly treated during this time. You will see how horrid the civilians were treated. Jews were stripped fro their lives and were forced into i harsh environment. Adolf Hitler will be introduced in this gallery for the fact that he was the main contributor to this horrific time in history.

Nazi would force some Jews to work for them during the Holocaust. They would be in charge of looking through he belonging of Jews who were transferred to the concentration camps. They would have to give away things that had some value.

In this drawing by Norbet Troller you can see the excessive amount of people who were removed from the comfort of their home to the concentration camps. There is barely in space for anyone to move they are all crammed between two walls.

The painting is showing an injured man that is trying to get past the corpses left from holocaust.The colors the artist used gives you a description of how dark and scary the aftermath of the holocaust was.
Once Hitler came to ruling, Jews immediately had their rights taking away. They were not allowed to have any normal civilian rights. They were secluded and humiliated by the people who were following Hitler.

Adolf Hitler was the leader of the Nazi party in 1933 to 1945. He believed that jews were a threat to german society. He started with his plan to get rid of all jews. He would have these rallies to gain more supporters.

In this picture, you can notice a family traveling with their belonging. Anti jews would remove move families from their homes against their wills. They would relocate them to concentration camps were they were destined to die.

Some of the jews would get really ill that they would need medical assistance. German would send nurses to the concentrations to help future nurture them back to health.t There wasn't much they could do from the conditions they were exposed to.

This was a very special symbol for Jews. It is a tradition that refers to King David's shield. It would give protection to King David during combat.Jewish families would wear it or use it as decoration that would give protection to the family.

Jews were striped away from their identity. They would shave their head remove and anything personal. So you couldn't tell who was man or a women. The Nazi job was to make them feel like there were nothing but a body.
