The dragon emperor is a deity in charge of rain. Folklore has it that there are four Dragon Emperors, who rule over the East, South, West and North Seas respectively. They are in charge of waters of the earth and can cause rain to fall or waves in the seas to rise. This character has a dragon’s head and a human torso. He wears a white python robe, and is an old dragon emperor.
