In 1725 (year 1 of Yeongjo), Min Jin-won sent congratulatory message to the royal palace to celebrate the installation of the crown prince Hyojang (1719-1728), the first son of Yeongjo. Upon his enthronement, Yeongjo petitioned to Qing that he would install his eldest son Gyeongui (later, crown prince Hyojang) as a crown prince, and on 15th November 1725, Emperor Sejong of Qing sent his approval. So, many vassals sent congratulatory messages to the palace.
