With the proclamation of the Korean Empire, this book recorded all the royal seals and plaques of trust. It seems to have been published in 1901 given that the seals of the Empress Gyeongseongung Um and King Yeongchin were included. This book shows changes in institutions followed by the proclamation of the Korean Empire, and how they sought to keep national security. The illustrations depict the shape and the face of the seals and plaques, and the imprints, materials, sizes and locations are also recorded.
