The black silk lace cloth of a fan using a technique of bobbins with continuous thread where the decorative stitches are made with half stitches and defined with thicker outline thread, adornments with rose and tulle stitching on the base. The decoration consists of a floral medallion trimmed with beads and garlands of flowers on the sides, with arches, bows and roundels around the edge.
