The painting Adoration of the Shepherds was created at the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries as the work of an artist coming from the workshop of Pomeranian painters. It presents a scene of the arrival of the shepherds to the newborn Baby and bowing down to him assisted by angels. The Mother of God adores the Child laid on the hay, and numerous groups of angels play, sing and hold up a sash with the inscription: GLORIA IN EXELSIS DEO. In the background, a fragment of buildings and a landscape with a slightly illuminated sky in the distance. The composition is modeled on the works of Giorgio Vasari, popularized in the 17th century by the graphics of Cornelis Corot.
