Agia Lavra Monastery

Photograph of the monastery of Agia Lavra which is close to Kalavryta before the destruction in the Second World War. The monastery of Agia Lavra was destroyed during the "Operation Kalavryta" by German Occupation Forces on December 14, 1943. At the entrance of the monastery, five monks were executed.
