This album was made by the officials from the accounting office who were in charge of receiving Ming’s envoy Man Se-deok from 1598 (year 31 of Seonjo) to 1600. The album consists of 8 pages which depict the officials’ work (pp1-2), a preface from Shim Hee-su, a head of the protocol (pp3-5), and the names of the officials (pp 6-8). The color of the cover page is dark blue silk and inside, they used a thick, glided paper.

- Korean caption: 1598년(선조 31)부터 1600년까지 명(明) 경리(經理) 만세덕(萬世德) 일행의 영접을 담당한 경리도감(經理都監) 관원들이 기념으로 제작한 계첩이다. 4장 8면으로 구성된 이 첩은 도감 관원들의 임무 수행을 담은 그림(1~2면), 전임 관반사(館伴使) 심희수(沈喜壽)가 쓴 서문(3~5면), 경리도감의 명단을 적은 좌목(6~8면)으로 구성되었다. 표지는 감색 비단이며, 안쪽은 금박이 들어간 두꺼운 종이(壯紙)를 사용했다.
