Who could fail to be charmed by this pudgy frog with its wide grin? The Australian green tree frog is very common in Northern Australia and New Guinea. Despite its fairly large 12 cm-long body, this tree frog is a proficient climber and is often caught living in people’s houses. This makes it a popular pet.
